2. Not a Credit Repair Organization

ProSeJoe is not a credit repair organization as defined under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq. We do not promise to improve your credit score or remove accurate information from your credit report. 3. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reviewing all dispute letters generated by this platform before sending them. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and truthful. Filing false or misleading dispute letters may constitute a violation of law. ProSeJoe bears no responsibility for the outcome of any dispute or legal proceeding.

4. Privacy & Data

We collect and store the information you provide (including credit report data) solely for the purpose of generating dispute documents and tracking your case progress. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your data is stored securely and used only to provide the services you requested. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@prosejoe.com.

5. No Guarantee of Results

ProSeJoe makes no guarantee that using our platform will result in the removal of any item from your credit report, an improvement in your credit score, or a favorable outcome in any legal proceeding. Results vary based on individual circumstances, the accuracy of the disputed information, and the response of the credit bureaus and furnishers involved.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, software, and materials on this platform are the property of ProSeJoe and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may use generated letters solely for your personal, non-commercial credit dispute purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense any content from this platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProSeJoe, its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to discontinue use.
